Abstract
In the interconnection of participants in the educational process, teachers and parents, in the course of joint activities, create an important mechanism for their development, which is a source of creativity for both sides. At the present stage of development of society the loss of family values has become one of the main causes of demographic problems. Different views of the family and school on values, different approaches to upbringing and social aspects lead to misunderstanding and alienation in solving educational problems. Along with traditional forms of cooperation, social partnership is considered as a type of interaction characteristic of the modern stage of development of social relations, the examples of which on the way of interaction lead to the family and school community.
The article makes a small author’s excursion to the pages of the development of interaction between the family and the school of Independent Kazakhstan, the development of scientific thought, its influence on the formation of a practice-oriented personality of a teacher and his competent social skills.
