FORMATION OF COMPETENCES OF SOCIAL PEDAGOGUES IN THE USE OF SOCIAL THERAPY IN AN INCLUSIVE SPACE

Abstract

 

This article substantiates the relevance of training psychological and pedagogical staff for the use of social therapy in working with persons with disabilities. The analysis of scientific research on the problem of modernization of the content component of the training of specialists for inclusive education was carried out from the standpoint of a competency-based approach. The experience of introducing the author's training course in the formation of cognitive, functional, systemic and other competencies among teachers in the field of psychological and social services is revealed. The author substantiates the typology of competencies as a result of the process of training specialists, presented in the content of the course topics studied. The role of using modern educational learning technologies in preparing undergraduates for the introduction of social therapy in inclusive practice is revealed. Based on the results of the approbation of the course, scientifically based, practice-oriented recommendations were formulated.
