Abstract
The change in the paradigm of education and its new vector – the emergence of inclusive education based on the principle of accessibility of education, covers the category of persons with special educational needs. One of the urgent problems of this direction is the successful socialization of people who have a special need for education in a dynamic modern social environment, ensuring their full participation in society, effective self-realization. In our opinion, the establishment of factors of the social environment that affect the psychological health of students with special educational needs will contribute to the settlement of psycho-emotional state, increasing the degree of success of self-realization. After all, as practice shows, social factors are not isolated and act in complex interaction with biological and hereditary factors.
