Abstract

The article deals with the theoretical analysis and generalization of psychological and pedagogical literature on the problem of the formation of inclusive culture among students. On the basis of a theoretical and methodological review of the literature, the concept of "psychology of inclusive culture" is revealed.The importance of the formation of the psychology of inclusive culture in the modern world is analyzed. Practice shows that an inclusive approach is aimed at the full interaction of all participants in the educational process (children, parents, teachers and staff). Joint cooperation creates a special environment and culture in which everyone is equal and participates. The practice of teamwork and participation is based on the shared values of students and school staff. These values influenced not only the attitude of school staff to children, but also the relationships of adults, sincere joy from the talent and characteristics of each person.Thus, the article attempts to analyze inclusive culture.
