The article is devoted to suicide, which is becoming more and more relevant from year to year. Despite the fact that in whatever period suicides have been committed, the increase in the number of suicides among young people has been of particular concern in recent years. The reasons for this are explained by psychologists for a variety of reasons. Many agree that modern technologies and the actions of the younger generation in the time of troubles were ignored by parents. Including psychological features of the prevention of suicidal behavior among adolescents currently require special attention, research work. The authors deeply analyzed the theoretical material concerning the research topic, revealed the causes of suicidal attempts. In the experimental work based on the methods of Leonhard "definition of the accentuation type", the technique of V.A.Zhmurova "differential diagnosis of a depressive state", the technique of "house, tree, person", "the technique of low mood in subdepressive states", effective forms of work were carried out aimed at revealing the psychological features of the prevention of suicidal behavior among adolescents. The effectiveness of the use of the diagnostic complex as the basis for the competent organization of preventive work of suicidal behavior among adolescents is formulated.
