This article reveals the problem of adaptation to the professional activities of young psychologists. Psychology graduates face many problems in the process of becoming involved in specialized professional activities: socialization, age characteristics and health status. All these factors affect the adaptive capabilities of the individual's psyche and can lead to the appearance of negative adaptation. The degree of satisfaction with one's own work is an important part of professional identity and adaptation. In the study, the level of job satisfaction of 30 graduate psychologists was diagnosed. 63.3% of graduates are partially or completely dissatisfied with their own professional activities.
