Abstract
The article is related to the need to study the problem of developing the digital competence of future teachers-psychologists in the higher education system. The main task of the higher professional education system is to train a specialist who is ready to work, improve and develop in a digital environment. The authors reveal the essence of the concepts of "digital competence" and "development". In their opinion, digital competence is the ability and skills to search, systematize, structure information using digital technologies and the Internet, as well as the ability to teach and critically evaluate it in order to solve professional problems. The article formulates the conditions for the development of digital competence of future teachers-psychologists studying in the higher education system: the development of an information and educational environment and the introduction of additional applications into the educational process. For the effective functioning of the information and educational environment of the university, it is necessary to provide students with open access to an information and educational system based on local and global networks, interacting both with the teacher and with each other, perform practical work, search, select, transfer information, carry out information interaction in an interactive dialogue, give the opportunity to carry out actions. Recently, the scope of digital technologies has increased. The article discusses various applications that can be used in the learning process. According to the authors, the work of future specialists-educational psychologists in universities in a single information educational space, the use of new digital technologies in the educational process contributes to the development of digital competencies of students.
