The article is devoted to an experimental study of the connection between the properties of attention and the components of the rational organization of educational and cognitive activity of university students. During the study, methods of theoretical analysis and modeling, psychological experiment, and mathematical processing were used using the statistical data analysis package SPSS Statistics (Statistical Package for the Social Science).
The relationship between the properties of attention (sustainability, concentration, volume, switching, selectivity, distribution) with the content of organizational-educational, information-educational, cognitive-educational components of the rational organization of students' educational activities has been revealed. The specificity of the properties of attention and the rational organization of educational activities in the areas of professional training “Finance” and “Psychology” and the dynamics of development in the period from the 2nd to the 4th year of study at the university are shown.
