Abstract

The article considers school anxiety as one of the factors of psychological imbalance, largely related to the lack of readiness for school due to the complexity of adaptation processes. The features of the manifestation and causes of school anxiety are highlighted. It is assumed that school anxiety can manifest itself in various symptoms that can have a negative impact on their behavior, learning process and interaction with others. The problem of anxiety in younger schoolchildren with ASD requires an integrated approach, including diagnosis, consideration of children's individual characteristics and the use of adapted working methods. This will not only alleviate their condition, but also contribute to successful socialization and learning.

To determine the appropriate research practice, we used a review of foreign and domestic literature, and various tools were selected for the initial diagnosis of anxiety levels: observation, simplified questionnaires and tests, interviews with teachers, and product analysis. In the course of this study, it allows us to identify the main causes, manifestations and consequences of anxiety disorders in childhood; to identify methods of anxiety correction aimed at improving the emotional state and social adaptation of children.

The results of the study provide psychological and pedagogical recommendations for teachers and parents on timely diagnostic examination and reduction of school anxiety in elementary school students, aimed at creating a more comfortable and supportive environment for children with ASD, which improves their emotional state and academic achievements.
