The purpose of this article is to present the material on the analysis and experimental discovery of causal relationships about the occurrence of panic attacks with personality manifestations of an early age. Currently, there is an increase in the number of panic states in young people. Panic states and panic attacks significantly reduce the quality of life and psychological well-being of a person, systematically disrupting the process of they life, which is constantly accompanied by a negative psycho-emotional background and the desire for a new panic attack.
Psychological ill health and panic states and panic disorders by their nature are a form of ineffective adaptation to changing life circumstances and can significantly affect the functioning of the human psyche and force it to find extreme ways of adaptation and protection by the method of extreme preservation of its integrity.
Students of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai and the Peoples' Friendship University named after akad. A.Kuatbekov took part in an empirical study aimed at identifying the causes and risks of the formation of panic states and disorders. The method of experimental research was chosen by the Freiburg multifactorial personal questionnaire, consisting of 12 scales, with the help of which it is possible to comprehensively characterize the student's personality.
The results of the study showed that panic states, panic attacks and panic disorder affect the psychological well-being and efficiency of students' life. The analysis of the research problem showed that social factors significantly affect the development of panic disorder. This allows us to conclude that panic attacks depend on the cognitive component of the psyche, its emotional state and the associations developed between them. Against the background of the consolidation of panic attacks and the expansion of the number of stimuli, an increased phobicity of the personality also develops. The emergence of new phobias associated with a potential panic attack is spreading to an increasing number of associations and avoidance mechanisms are being fixed within the personality. As a result of the experimental study, psychological personality traits of students were identified increasing the risk of developing panic personality disorder: the presence of chronic somatic disorders and their psychosomatic manifestations, social isolationism, high levels of anxiety and low levels of resilience, psychasthenic and hypochondriac personality profile. All these personal characteristics of students find their manifestation in the violation of the executive functions of the psyche, its attention, memory disorders and violation of the normal functioning of thinking, imagination. The experimental results obtained indicate that 24% of students have high risks of developing panic attacks and panic states, and its psychological prevention is one of the topical areas of psychocorrective work in higher education.
