Abstract

     In the context of global digital transformation, the active manifestation of school students’ psycho-emotional, communicative, cognitive, and creative activities through platforms such as Artificial Intelligence in Education or Pedagogy has significantly contributed to elevating the media-psychological thinking abilities of the younger generation to a new level. This phenomenon has given rise to a number of pedagogical and psychological issues during the process of effectively completing the educational and instructional tasks of modern school practice by middle-grade students. In particular, it has been observed that in the process of group work—understanding, perceiving, and applying various types of information to reach a common decision—the planning and usage of Artificial Intelligence (AI) resources in accordance with lesson topics are becoming increasingly diverse.

     In this regard, we are initiating a research project aimed at developing students’ media-psychological thinking skills using platforms such as OpenAI, Gemini, ChatGPT, Artificial Intelligence in Pedagogy, LLama, Yandex, and ISSAI-KazLLM by constructing ecological promt-texts. The main goal of this project is to focus on the development of students’ media-psychological thinking through the use of AI platforms with positive content—such as AppHeygen, ComicsMarker, Dall-E3, AppEskritor, Andersenlab, Animation Generator, and other resources—for composing promt-texts on environmental topics.

     During the research process, special attention will be paid to how students integrate knowledge from natural sciences, collaborate to find solutions to educational challenges, and develop individual personality traits, leadership skills, and adaptability through Soft Skills and Hard Skills. Furthermore, key conditions include students’ ability to rapidly search for ecological promt-texts on AI platforms, construct sentences, apply effective technologies as supportive tools for problem-solving, and employ methods such as observation, comparison, evaluation, and description of the processes that reflect the development of their media-psychological thinking.
