Abstract

The article reflects the possibilities of socio-psychological training as a means of improving the pedagogical abilities of students studying at the university, the purpose of the experimental study is determined. The socio-psychological trainings implemented in the pedagogical process are considered. Prerequisites for the development of pedagogical abilities of students through socio-psychological training. The essence of the concept of «socio-psychological training» is revealed as a means of developing competence in communication, as a form of «psychological impact» and as an active form of learning.It is characterized by the grouping of socio-psychological training technologies used in the process of teaching university students into five main parts. We will distinguish five main parts: organizational and technical, methodological, communicative, subjective, efficiency assessment.

The objective of the proposed course is to teach students to see the socio-psychological nature of interpersonal interaction, the development of communication skills necessary for pedagogical abilities. Currently, the problem of active socio-psychological training in the training format is considered as a dynamically developing, but relatively new direction in the field of pedagogy. Such a training format harmoniously ensures the development of the student's abilities and creative potential. It combines various applied psychological aspects and theoretical positions, and also allows you to determine two main directions for the development of training participants:

- aimed at the development and improvement of the participant's personality through the transformational impact of the personality of both the training group and the teacher-trainer;

-special skills (managerial, task preparation, implementation of control over the implementation, resolution of interpersonal conflicts.

In the course of the group's work, teachers teach various strategies and tactics of activity, interaction, conscious (not spontaneous, not impulsive) choice of appropriate activities, demonstrating their effectiveness in various situations.
