This article analyzes various complex situations (emergency, extreme situation, pandemic, etc.), psychological effects on human life, its manifestations and ways of prevention, types of mental disorders, examples of events occurring in the world and in your country. In addition, various information and characteristics about the emergency, extreme situation, and pandemic are provided. The analysis of the types of psychological difficulties that may arise in victims of emergency situations and provide them with assistance. The results of a psychological survey conducted after the pandemic are presented. Analyzing various studies, this article describes that the sphere of providing domestic psychological services still requires improvement and development of psychological assistance in extreme situations.
