This article reflects some results of an empirical study of the impact of job satisfaction on increasing the level of employee motivation in a recruiting company engaged in recruiting personnel for certain areas of activity. In particular, it presents data according to the method of Batarshev A.V. Determination of integral job satisfaction, as well as the method of Rean A.A. Motivation for success and fear of failure.
