The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of the features of the manifestation of leadership abilities of students planning to engage in entrepreneurial activity in the future, and students planning future professional activities in government structures and in various organizations as an employee. Entrepreneurship is a special space for self-realization of professional and personal potential. Therefore, modern universities, in order to increase the competitiveness of graduates, are focused on the development of entrepreneurial skills along with professional knowledge. The results obtained show significant differences in the level of leadership abilities, communicative and organizational inclinations between students who plan and do not plan entrepreneurial activities.
The data obtained from the results of the study can be used by researchers who study leadership in the structure of entrepreneurial activity of university students.
