The topic of students' emotional development is one of the most significant in the aspects of psychological and pedagogical science. In the process of higher education students are faced with a large number of stressful situations that affect their mental state in a certain way. Emotions are one of the first barriers to the mental protection of the personality and the main indicator of personal adaptation [1]. Emotional regulation is a complex psychological phenomenon, based not only on the genetic predisposition of the personality, but also on sonocial learning, education and cultural features of the personality[2].
Given the possibility of influencing the development of personal emotional stability, this topic is considered by psychology and pedagogy as one of the ways to increase the effectiveness of the educational process and the possibility of psych prevention of social disadaptation in future professionals. The purpose of the study was to identify the features of the emotional development of modern students.
