PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF INDEPENDENT WORK OF STUDENTS

Abstract

The problem of organization students' independent work at the level of postgraduate education is considered in the research. The effectiveness of the learning process is determined by the quality of teaching and student's independent cognitive activity.

The article defines "independent work" as the process of developing all elements of the system of organizational-psychological structure of learning activities. Organization of independent work.

The purpose of organization students’ independent work is defined in the research as inclusion of a learner in the activity of mastering a course, formation of a specific competence. Psychological conditions of successful organization of independent work are determined: formation of stable interest in the chosen profession and speciality; professional orientation of subjects, account of learners’ limited volume of time. The article reveals the essence of the problem of organization students' independent work, also revealed the examples of the authors' teaching experience. On the basis of the research the author specifies the psychological and pedagogical conditions for the organization of students' independent work.
