ОПЫТ ВНЕДРЕНИЯ ПРЕДМЕТА «ЭМОЦИОНАЛЬНЫЙ ИНТЕЛЛЕКТ» В КАЗАХСКОМ НАЦИОНАЛЬНОМ ЖЕНСКОМ ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКОМ УНИВЕРСИТЕТЕ

Abstract

Annotation. The article presents the experience of introducing the discipline conducted in the form of a workshop "Emotional Intelligence" at the Kazakh National Women's Pedagogical University. In the 2020-2021 academic year, the subject "Emotional Intelligence" was introduced at the university in two higher schools "Pedagogy and Psychology" and "Physics, Mathematics and Digital Technologies", in the amount of 3 credits. The classes were conducted according to the program developed by Victoria Shimanskaya, Doctor of Psychology, MBA, head of the comprehensive program for the development of emotional intelligence in Russia. The results of practical work on the creation of the Skillfolio digital platform in Kazakh and Russian languages equipped with video lessons, master lectures, webinars on the development of emotional intelligence and Soft Skills competencies are described.

The effectiveness of the program as a method of developing emotional intelligence has been confirmed. After mastering the discipline "Emotional Intelligence", according to the results of a diagnostic study, students had a significant development in the ability to analyze their emotions and the emotions of a communication partner. Also, the trainees demonstrated positive dynamics of changes in the cognitive-cognitive sphere.
