This article presents data on one of the new directions of the organization of correctional work with children with speech disorders – the laptop method. The educational policy in accordance with educational standards supports the continuous development and ways to increase the innovative potential of teachers. As one of the listed methods, you can take the laptop method. The laptop method is a teaching aid in the form of an educational album. Depending on the goal, materials are placed in pockets, forming a complex of different methods. The advantage of the method lies in the clarity of the visual - figurative nature and the availability of ways to transform the method.
As part of the research work, a research experiment was organized to test the effectiveness of the laptop method. During the research experiment, the level of coherent speech and vocabulary of children was tested. Based on the results, the prerequisites for development through a laptop were given.
