Currently, in the context of changing the educational paradigm, the result of the activities of each educational organization primarily depends on the application of modern approaches and management principles. Therefore, the article is devoted to the most popular problem today-the formation of managerial competence of the future teacher-psychologist. The authors reflect their position based on the analysis of theoretical materials related to research topics. In this regard, the concepts of "managerial competence", "formation of managerial competence of future teacher-psychologist" are clarified, and current problems of today are revealed and analyzed, such as professionally important qualities of a teacher-psychologist, components and indicators of the formation of managerial competence of future teachers.
