Abstract

Modern research in the field of special education has shown that it is very important and purposeful to start correctional and pedagogical work from an early age. The early age is from 0 to 3 years old. This period is a very important period in the life of a child. Because this time is a sensitive period for the intensive formation and development of all mental processes. The plasticity of the child's brain is manifested, sensitivity and stimulation of speech and mental development, etc. The sensitive period provides great opportunities for early correctional and developmental work. The formation and development of psychomotor functions in children are judged by ontogenetic indicators, which gives an idea of the development of cognitive, physical, motor, speech and others of development. The article discusses the ontogenetic foundations of child development in the study of the model of implementation and organization of early care for children with SEN
