TAKING INTO ACCOUNT PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS IN THE EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING PROCESS OF YOUNG JUDOKAS 13-15 YEARS OLD

Abstract

Abstract. The article highlights the results of a study of the psychological characteristics of young judoists aged 13-15 years, the consideration of which is a priority in the educational and training process. In particular, the motivational profile of athletes, volitional qualities, indicators of voluntary self-control and the level of manifestation of situational and personal anxiety were determined. The carried out intercorrelation analysis made it possible to determine a number of relationships. A reliable interconnection of the constituent components of the motivational profile of young judokas with volitional qualities and self-control has been revealed. The strongest relationship was found between achievement motivation and perseverance, as well as self-control and endurance. The higher the personal anxiety among young judokas, the lower the motivation for achievement and manifestation of initiative and independence. The higher the situational anxiety among judokas 13-15 years old, the less pronounced the motivation of social self-affirmation and social self-control.
