This article addresses the problem of psychological support for parents of children with special educational needs (SEN) within the context of inclusive education development in Kazakhstan. Despite the normative-legal establishment of inclusive education principles at the state level, there remains a significant deficit of systematized and accessible forms of psychological assistance for families. The absence of adequate psycho-pedagogical support contributes to parental emotional burnout syndrome, destabilization of family relationships, and deterioration of parent-child interactions, thereby undermining the effectiveness of inclusive educational environments. The research methodology is based on a mixed qualitative-quantitative design utilizing questionnaires. The survey of 37 parents of preschool-age children with various categories of SEN identified the most significant psychological difficulties: challenges in accepting the child's developmental characteristics (51.6%), emotional exhaustion and chronic fatigue (43.5%), conflicts in interactions with educational and medical institutions (30.6%), social isolation and family stigmatization (29%). The results demonstrate the need to develop a comprehensive system of psychological support that includes crisis interventions, individual counseling, and distance-based interactive technologies.
