This article explores the impact of digital technologies on the mental health of university faculty. The study is based on the results of an author-developed survey involving 61 educators. The questionnaire covered factors such as digital workload, emotional burnout, professional stress, and job satisfaction. The findings indicate that active use of digital technologies often leads to increased workload and stress levels. Additionally, technical difficulties and lack of institutional support negatively affect the psycho-emotional state of teachers. Factor analysis revealed three main factors influencing emotional well-being: psycho-emotional strain and stress, digital workload, and professional satisfaction with work-life balance. Cluster analysis identified three distinct psycho-emotional profiles among the respondents. Spearman correlation analysis confirmed statistically significant relationships among the identified factors. The results emphasize the importance of addressing psychological aspects of professional activity in digital environments.
