The study is devoted to the analysis of the speech behavior of rapists, with an emphasis on the psycholinguistic aspects of their communication. The work is based on a theoretical analysis of the literature and an experimental study of the speech characteristics of persons who have committed crimes of a sexual nature. The main attention is paid to identifying specific speech markers that can serve as indicators of a tendency to aggressive behavior. An analysis of literary sources showed that rapists in most cases are prevented from committing violence, the factors shaping the speech behavior of a rapist were demonstrated, based on the theoretical knowledge obtained, a study was conducted using a developed questionnaire to identify the characteristics of speech behavior, which has practical significance for specialists this area. The study took place in several stages, since one stage was not enough to obtain the results that the study was aimed at. The study took the form of a tripartite approach to the topic under study; therefore, different parties involved in violence took part in the study. The experimental study confirmed the theoretical premises of the speech behavior of the rapist, who has features of speech behavior that lead to the successful completion of the goal by the rapist.
