In this article the ways and peculiarities of providing psychological and pedagogical support to the teaching activity of teachers and young scientists of the university, as well as ways of their participation in profile types of research, such as Action research (research in action) will be highlighted. The techniques of psycho-pedagogical support - facilitation and peculiarities of their application are defined.
The aim of the article is to identify the possibilities of psychological and pedagogical support for increasing the research activity of university faculty and young scientists in the process of integrating such research forms as Action Research into their professional experience.
The authors encourage young researchers at Abai University to apply the Action Research approach in their practice and consider how to achieve success and create a favorable environment by providing them with facilitation services. In addition, psycho-pedagogical facilitation of research work of university teachers and young researchers plays an important role in improving the quality of education and ensuring the success of the educational process. It contributes to the professional growth of teachers and increases motivation for research activities.
