This article is devoted to the study of psychological aspects of rehabilitation of military personnel after traumatic events, especially in the context of autodestructive behavior. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of both domestic and foreign studies aimed at understanding and improving rehabilitation methods. The main focus is on cognitive behavioral therapy, group therapy and the role of psychologists in the recovery process of military personnel. Various approaches to rehabilitation in different countries, including the USA, Great Britain, Canada, Australia and Germany, are considered, which allows us to form a comprehensive understanding of global practices in this area. Special attention is paid to the analysis of clinical studies and specific cases of rehabilitation, with an emphasis on autodestructive behavior, as well as the study and synthesis of data to form a comprehensive view of the problem. Based on the analysis, specific recommendations are proposed to improve current rehabilitation methods. This article is an important contribution to the field of psychological rehabilitation of military personnel, emphasizing the importance of an interdisciplinary approach and international cooperation in this direction.
