This article examines the influence of professional orientation on the structure of the motivational sphere of students. The introduction of the article analyzes the significance of the problem in theoretical and practical aspects and the need to disclose the structure of educational and professional motivation of students studying in different directions and the relevance of the study of the features of the process of formation of professional and educational motivation of students.
The purpose of the study was the structure of the professional motivational sphere of students studying in different specialties and the influence of professional orientation on the structure of the motivational sphere of students.
In the course of the study, it was found that the structure of motivation of students of different directions differs. The study showed that the predominance of professional motives among students is associated with the desire to use the acquired knowledge, skills, and skills in the future profession, to realize their capabilities.
