Abstract

This article analyzes in detail the theoretical and methodological features of reflection in the adaptation of students to the educational process, to the educational environment of the University as a whole. Modern studies of reflection require its consideration in the following aspects: intellectual, personal, and communicative. An effective measure that ensures the success of psychological adaptation in student time is reflection-a phenomenon that allows a person to track, analyze and resolve conflicts between the environment and the individual. Reflection provides interaction in the "I-society" system through social and personal values, meaning, needs, harmony of connections and connections in the "I-society" system using separate resources and in the "I-academic requirements" system. It is extremely necessary to consider the psychological adaptation of students to the educational process of ODO as a continuous process. Reflection was shown as a measure of regulating students ' personal activity according to concepts. It can be aimed at restructuring the external world, and depending on changing environmental conditions, including changes in educational conditions, it becomes an important measure for regulating the adaptive activity of students.
