This article discusses and describes the importance of the modern system of professional development in the context of global transformations. The relevance of the development of personal qualities and professional competencies is substantiated. The study was conducted in the branches of the National Center for Advanced Training (NCAP) of the joint-Stock company "Orleu" (JSC) in the Zhambyl region and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (APA). The categories of disciplines are teachers-pedagogical workers and civil servants of the region. The research has been conducted over the past two years. Modern psychological methods aimed at expanding self-awareness, ensuring the development of responsibility, as well as achieving changes in the value orientations of subjects were used as research tools. After the diagnosis of the initial situation, a development program was carried out to correct values and beliefs; and their significance and expediency were explained.
The study also considered a factor contributing to the level of development of personal qualities and the formation of professional competencies of subjects – a stimulating corporate environment. First of all, during the analysis of the strategic potential of psychological support methods and transformational methods, the subjects received motivation for continuous personal development. A way to overcome the rapidly changing, rapidly evolving, unstable and complete unpredictability of the VUCA world was also identified. This is a strategy for the maximum development of personal potential-through attention, understanding, flexibility (thinking) and stabilization (catalysis).
The article examines the academic parameters of comparability of value orientations and the development of professional competencies of trainees in the process of professional development. Psychological strategies that enhance modern social skills of a specialist and their production efficiency are proposed.
