The article discusses health, a positive attitude to a healthy lifestyle, pedagogical and psychological aspects of factors influencing the formation of a healthy lifestyle.
Analyzing philosophical, pedagogical and psychological scientific works in our research work, we formulate that a health-preserving educational environment is crucial for the formation of a harmoniously developed personality of a student. Only with the emergence of such an environment (the climate of health, high culture, personal creation) is it possible to fully preserve and strengthen health, wellness training, strengthening the culture of health, mastering its spiritual and moral, aesthetic, physical and mental development, components of self-development and self-improvement. In modern socio-cultural conditions, on the one hand, in connection with the modernization of education, and on the other - with the ongoing process of deterioration of the health of schoolchildren, effective measures are needed to preserve and strengthen the health of younger schoolchildren, since the younger generation is the foundation on which our future New Kazakhstan is being built. Behavioral factors also play an important place in the formation of a positive attitude of students to a healthy lifestyle: the mode of study, work and rest, relationships in the family and educational institutions, etc., which reflects the conditions of his life and lifestyle. The functional structure of the concept of "lifestyle" consists of such aspects as educational, labor, social, intellectual (pedagogical and psychological approach, the nature of mental activity), physical and medical activities.
