The article is aimed at identifying special factors contributing to the self-employment of people with hearing impairments, the barriers they face, and ways to prevent them. The problem of employment of hearing-impaired people is one of the main social problems for the whole world, since the inability of hearing-impaired people to distract themselves from society or not get into isolation can be solved through employment. She analyzes qualifications and knowledge, therefore, during the disclosure of the topic, not only the issues of employment of people with hearing impairments were touched upon, but also the issues of education as factors affecting it, the development of vocational education, the need for special programs adapted to their individual, communicative characteristics and their achievement of research results in the world.
The topic of the research is relevant for the Kazakh society and so far the absence or small number of special scientific research in this area has created obstacles in the discussion of the topic. However, despite this, the main influencing factors and topical issues within this topic were revealed using the example of other countries.
