The problem of professional deformation increasingly affects the society of Kazakhstan society, as there are trends associated with changing the mental way of life of citizens. The manifestation of professional deformation indicates that it is necessary to respond urgently to complaints that can and should be eliminated with the help of psychoprophylaxis, changes in conditions and even psychotherapeutic assistance. The purpose of this study is to study the features of professional deformation of correctional centers employees. The study contains information about what becomes a predictor of the occurrence of professional deformation, as well as modifying factors that can enhance the growth of manifestations of professional deformation. A special role in this article was allocated to negative mental neoplasms that disrupt the functioning of mental phenomena and relationships between people. The main objective of this study was to highlight the problem of professional deformation and the timely application of psychoprophylactic measures in order to reduce the level of personal disorders.
