Abstract

The article discusses health-saving technologies in the physical education of schoolchildren of special medical groups. The relevance of the topic lies in the fact that in a morn school environment, a significant number of students are assigned to a special medical group for health reasons. The requirements and pace of modern life often lead to stress, which, in turn, contributes to the emergence and development of various diseases.

Therefore, the preservation of the psychophysical health of children is one of the primary educational tasks, which emphasizes the concept of general secondary education. The use of health-saving technologies in the physical education of schoolchildren of special medical groups is an important component in the system of teaching methods for students of a physical education profile.

The pedagogical system of introducing health-saving technologies into the learning process of primary schoolchildren is presented. It is based on the principles of maintaining, strengthening and shaping health, provides a close relationship between theory and practice, orientates students towards self-knowledge, self-determination and self-development. The introduction of health-saving technologies in the educational process helps to improve the quality of education. The practical significance of the system is that it can be used in real practice educational institutions of all types, and can also serve as the basis for finding new solutions to the problems of modern physical education, to preserve and strengthen the health of students.
