Modern society requires being socially active, literate, creative, thinking, able to take on the responsibility of citizens, to be a leader. Leadership is a multifaceted, multidimensional phenomenon, a means of self-expression and self-determination; therefore, in modern science there are various approaches to the study of this problem. Adolescence is a time that develops quickly and is mostly inconsistent. Therefore, we believe that it is at this age that it is necessary to develop in children the desire to have a place in life and achieve success. Today it is believed that the leadership qualities necessary for every person are formed and nurtured in the family and at school. This leader actualizes the problem of studying the educational potential of the family and school in shaping the personality of the child, since the family and school are interested in educating leadership qualities in a teenager and are able to do this, their actions and role largely determine the personal qualities of the future leader. The leadership potential of adolescent girls can be used to develop new approaches to research, which are defined as a way of self-assertion in the educational environment.
