The article deals with the peculiarities of hand-eye coordination of younger schoolchildren, as well as its impact on the learning process. The importance of hand-eye coordination in a child’s life is shown in the works of researchers conducted in this direction. The younger schoolchildren with the improper development of hand-eye coordination have serious difficulties in learning. Ultimately, there is a representation of the results of the hand-eye coordination made in the XXth century and in the recent years correspondingly. Although, methodology and features of the development of fine motor skills of the hands of the primary school students were included.
