The relevance of the study of the mental health of employees of the organization follows from a number of rapid changes that have occurred in society and have had a significant impact not only on the economy, but also on the way of life: a pandemic, automation of labor and increasing demands on employees. As a consequence, psychoemotional overload and professional stress lead to mental health disorders of the company's employees.
The problem field of the study of the mental health of employees of the organization is set by high risk factors of the modern socio-economic environment.
To conduct the study, 3 diagnostic methods were used: the method of diagnosing the level of professional burnout Boyko; the scale of psychological well-being K. Riff; the method "Indicator of coping strategies" (D. Amirkhan).
The results showed that the mental health of the company's employees is associated not only with the formation of components of a subjective sense of psychological well-being, but also with the choice of coping strategies for coping with professional stress, as well as the formation of phases of emotional burnout. Frequent use of such a coping strategy as denial contributes to the formation of emotional burnout and loss of a sense of psychological well-being.
