Currently, the problem of hyperactivity is of particular concern, since their number is growing from year to year. According to research, 20% of children have hyperactive disorders. Therefore, the present article formulates an actual problem today - the types and specifics of psychotherapy conducted with hyperactive, inattentive primary school students. The authors identified the features of body–oriented psychotherapy, giving an exhaustive description of various trends and psycho-integration trends. The role of psychohymnastical exercises actively used in socio-psychological trainings is revealed. In particular, the importance and effectiveness of the use of relaxation exercises for children with hyperactivity and attention deficit disorder is shown.. Based on the conclusion of the study, the need for systematic special psychotherapeutic assistance to children with hyperactivity and attention deficit disorder to overcome various difficulties, guidelines, methods is described.
