This article examines the process of psychological development of future teachers through collaborative interaction of students. The study determines the impact of collaborative work on such psychological components as increased motivation, stronger self-esteem, building self-confidence and developing reflective thinking.
The study was conducted using the example of the student club «Bilim Vectors», created in 2025 at the Department of Primary Education of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai. The article studies the impact of joint creativity and scientific projects on the formation of students' research competence using mixed methods (quantitative and qualitative). Quantitative data were processed in the SPSS program, and qualitative data were processed using reflection and observation diaries. The results showed that student cooperation has a positive effect not only on professional, but also on personal and psychological development. Collaborative work in the club awakened the students' internal motivation and created a favorable psychological environment based on responsibility and mutual trust. The article substantiates the importance of forming innovative educational models aimed at developing the professional and psychological potential of students in higher educational institutions.
