History bulletin

The history of the formation of the scientific journal "Khabarshi" of KazNPU. Abaya, the series "Psychology" dates back to 1992. On the basis of the scientific and psychological potential of KazNPU. Abai established the first specialized dissertation council in Kazakhstan for the defense of PhD theses in the specialty "psychology". At first, the work of this council was led by Professor V. K. Shabelnikov, who carried out a lot of work on methodological strengthening of training of specialists.

Then the council was headed by Professor Zh. I. Namazbaeva, who carried out and continues to do a lot of work to expand the range of application of psychological knowledge in various fields of science and practice. It was she who carried out the preliminary preparation and subsequent implementation of the defense of doctoral dissertations in various psychological specialties at KazNPU. Abai mainly works with a pronounced applied focus on pedagogical and special psychology.

At the same time, Zh.I. Namazbaeva directs a number of studies on the relationship between personality and self-awareness, personal and professional-oriented learning, and the application of psychological knowledge, in which many of her students and followers who have defended their PhD and doctoral theses participate. In historical and methodological terms, these studies, in accordance with the principle of scientific continuity, became a logical and creative continuation of the research of the school of M. M. Mukanov and a further embodiment of the historical and ethnic concept developed by him.

The need for further development of the specialty "psychology" in the conditions of the first two-stage, and then three-stage education system led to the need to create in the system of KazNPU im. Abai specialized research unit-the Institute of Psychology. The scientific and methodological priorities of the institute are concentrated in the field of applied research of the general problem of man as a subject of knowledge, activity and communication.

Scientific journal "Khabarshi" of KazNPU named after him. Abaya, series "Psychology" registered in the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan on May 8, 2009 No. 10103-Zh.

On the basis of the decision of the Committee for Control in the Field of Education and Science (order No. 433-3 zh of June 26, 2003). Abaya, the series "Psychology" is included in the list of publications for the publication of the main scientific results of dissertations in the psychological sciences.

The journal is included in the database of JSC "National Center for State Scientific and Technical Expertise" (NCGNTE) and has a non-zero impact factor on the Kazakhstan citation database (KazBC) (RK https://nauka.kz/page.php?page_id=795&lang=1&impact_year=2018

Currently, the scientific journal "Khabarshi" of KazNPU named after him. Abaya, the series "Psychology" is published periodically-4 issues per year. Editor - in-Chief-Doctor of Psychology, prof. The editorial board includes scientists from far and near abroad, KazNPU.Abai and universities of Kazakhstan.

The journal publishes articles of doctors and candidates of science, researchers, doctors of philosophy( PhD), doctors in the profile, doctoral students, masters, teachers .
