This work is devoted to the study of predictors of psychological well-being. Based on the study of psychological and pedagogical literature and the results of the experiment, we came to the conclusion that it is necessary to consider resilience as a mechanism for achieving psychological well-being. This conclusion was made after analyzing a large number of different factors. The aim of the research presented in the article is to study the influence of resilience on the level of psychological well-being of an individual. The article presents the results of a survey of 150 people of different ages related to the specialty of a consultant psychologist. The following methods were used: the Riff psychological well-being scale, the Freiburg multivariate personality questionnaire and the Muddy resilience test. The value of this research lies in a more in-depth study of the term psychological well-being, as well as its relevance among people directly related to psychology.
