The training of a competitive, professional, mobile specialist largely depends on the management system for the professional development of the individual. The cooperation of educational organizations of general education and Universities allows us to solve the main tasks of training. Therefore, the organization of pedagogical practice in the modern education system is one of the orienters of the reform of the system of training of pedagogical personnel. Pedagogical practice provides for the participation of University students in the training and education of students, where the goal is to prepare specialists for pedagogical activity and the formation of perofessional competence. The article discusses the theoretical foundations of the development of professional self-awareness among future teachers in the "school university" system.
