Abstract: This article is devoted to the study of emotional burnout of military personnel. Based on this goal, the theoretical and empirical features characteristic of the burnout syndrome are considered, the concept and structure of the object under study are disclosed. In addition, the article reflects the results of scientific research conducted by foreign experts in the field of studying the burnout syndrome. Currently, there are very few studies in Kazakhstan devoted to the study of the syndrome of emotional burnout of military personnel, their military service. In this regard, this article is distinguished by its relevance and significance.
