The article is devoted to the study of the level of professional burnout of medical staff. The article discusses the factors influencing the formation of professional burnout syndrome. The urgency of studying this phenomenon is noted. The results of a study on a burnout syndrome in a city polyclinic are shown. Additional measures for burnout syndrome prevention are suggested.
