The article deals with the idea of the influence of anxiety and depression, both on the educational process and on the life tone of the individual. The problem of early diagnosis of anxiety and depression at the prenosological level is highlighted. The preliminary results of the study to identify the risks to the formation of neuroses in volunteer students of 1-4 courses of the specialty psychology of Abai KazNPU are presented.
