The article shows that the teacher, learning of their students, to know their motives and goals of behavior, attitudes, feelings and moods. Nevertheless, it is not only one-sided action. Teachers organizing students in the educational process is always a good relationship with them.
Pedagogical relationship with a course of action can be classified as follows: - the general system of relationships between teachers and students, pedagogical action, depending on the stage of the communication system; - Situational communication system revealed by making teaching and communication tasks.
Joint actions between the student and the teacher contribute to the process of learning, the development of students to success, relationships among themselves for the challenges and the approaches adopted in accordance with the task.
