In the modern world, thanks to the achievements of science in the field of humanities, it is possible to consider conceptual studies for a competent understanding of the management of human behavior, namely to know the nature and mechanism of the emergence of emotion and influence on aggressive behavior. A lot of research is devoted to aggression, because it affects not only the behavior, the mental state of a person, but also systematically affects other aspects of society.  Aggressive within a person, as a wave sequence is reflected by unpleasant feelings, sometimes painful on the environment of loved ones, and has devastating consequences both for themselves and for others.

The article studied the classifications (types, forms), structure, motivation of aggression, which in the complex should be taken into account and know the specialist working in the environment and the system of man-human. Research of nature of aggression opens interesting facts of different vision of theorists, but also allows to see some moments which it is necessary to know and consider in construction of modeling, designing in professional activity of the expert psychologist in industrial activity.

 This article describes many approaches and studies on human aggression approaches. A theoretical description of the reasons, conditions, motives, stages and structure of aggression and an analytical review of the materials devoted to this topic are given in advance.
