This article examines the current scientific foundations of psychological support for employees of healthcare organizations, focusing on its theoretical and methodological framework and future development directions. Professional activity in the healthcare sector is characterized by high psycho-emotional demands, continuous professional responsibility, time pressure, and ongoing organizational changes. These working conditions significantly affect healthcare professionals' psychological well-being, professional adaptation, and work performance while increasing the risk of occupational stress and emotional burnout. In this context, psychological support is viewed as a comprehensive scientific and practical system aimed at preserving employees' psychological resources, strengthening their professional resilience, and improving the overall effectiveness of healthcare organizations.
The purpose of the study is to systematize the theoretical and methodological foundations of psychological support for healthcare organization employees, analyze current research trends, and identify the key challenges and future development directions in this field. The study employed theoretical analysis of scientific literature, comparative analysis, systematization, generalization, and content analysis.
The findings demonstrate that psychological support is a multi-level system encompassing all stages of professional activity. Its key components include psychological assessment, professional adaptation support, psychological prevention, counseling, the development of emotional resilience, enhancement of professional competencies, and continuous monitoring of psychological well-being. The study substantiates the need to develop evidence-based models of psychological support in healthcare organizations, implement digital psychological support technologies, improve preventive intervention programs, and strengthen organizational mechanisms for psychological support. The findings contribute to the advancement of the theoretical foundations of psychological support for healthcare professionals and provide a basis for further applied research and the development of effective psychological support models in healthcare settings.
