This article provides a comprehensive examination of the issue of stress in contemporary society. Stress is described as one of the significant factors that substantially affect both the psychological and physiological state of an individual. The study analyzed the causes of stress, as well as its social, psychological, and psycho-emotional determinants, based on scientific data and recent research. Additionally, the impact of stress on individual behavior, emotional stability, and overall quality of life was identified.
The research was conducted using a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical methods. Specifically, the results of a survey aimed at determining stress levels were collected, processed using mathematical and statistical methods, and analyzed. Particular attention was given to psycho-emotional stress factors arising from excessive use of the internet and social media in contemporary society.
The study’s findings allowed for the identification of the main factors contributing to increased stress levels in modern society. Furthermore, the research scientifically demonstrated the impact of stress on an individual’s psychological state, as well as on the effectiveness of work and educational activities. Based on these results, practical psycho-pedagogical and preventive recommendations were developed to reduce stress levels.
