Modern changes in the system of higher education necessitate focusing not only on technological innovations, but also on the psychological foundations of students' professional development. Psychological readiness for a profession and the formation of professional identity are considered key conditions for successful personal and professional development.
The creation of a program aimed at developing students' cognitive, emotional-volitional and personal resources is not just a tool for adapting to educational transformations, but a mechanism for forming a teacher's holistic psychological stability. Understanding one's own professional mission, developing empathy, reflection, self-regulation and emotional stability allow a future specialist to harmoniously integrate into the educational space. The aim of the study is to model the psychological basis of professional development of a future teacher, including cognitive-emotional factors, personal resources and mechanisms of professional identification. The development of scientifically based psychotechnology’s and effective platform solutions is considered as a system-forming component that ensures sustainable and targeted psychological development of students in pedagogical fields.
